@bibliophile there’s an app called structured and i use it for to do lists. You can use it to block out your day and send notifications reminders etc.
And you can set the app theme (I set mine to dark pink 💖) and also colour code your tasks. it looks very good.
Of course if you want a physical one, you can buy that off Amazon or Etsy maybe

You should bullet journal and make your own ( if you have time). If you do you can personalize it to what you need!
