Ok I’m not as annoyed at her anymore. She wasn’t standing up her son. Just some German dude who wouldn’t listen to her good advice and got his leg infected.

Simultaneously inspiring and obnoxious. Adventure is one thing, but a 50 year old woman choosing to be stranded instead of keep her word to her son like a thoughtless college kid is a little annoying.
