So she’s got a pentagram carved into her arm which means she can’t forget anything? There’s half of the stakes gone, what do you mean she CANT forget anything?? It’s supposed to be painful? Why hasn’t it caused her pain until now???

Reaffirming my point from yesterday that it’s very wordy; sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Im enjoying it, even if I find the main characters unbearable (I think I’m meant to?)

I’m not that far into Katabasis so I can’t say how it goes, but so I far I don’t think it reads like a textbook, which some people have said. Is it a little bit wordy? Yeah. A little bit too wordy sometimes? Sure, but I’m not finding it difficult to understand.
