I'll be honest, I'm enjoying the historical aspects, different groups of people and POVs, the religions, wars, etc -- but for some reason the story isn't clicking for me. It could be because I'm in the midst of a 3-week-long migraine, but I'm going to give this 3 more chapters (that'd put me at chapter 5) before I soft DNF and move to my next Oct read.
