Bloodchild: ⭐⭐ - It was an interesting story, but I have mixed feelings about the ending. Moreover, the afterword definitely impacted my opinion of the story in a negative way. I usually prefer just reading stories on their own, without caring for prefaces and afterwords, and, given how reading this one went, I think that's what I'm going to do for the rest of the collection.

The Evening and the Morning and the Night: ⭐⭐✨ - This was such an interesting idea that I wanted more from it and was, therefore, left a bit disappointed. In fact, it felt more like worldbuilding for a story than like a story in and of itself.
