This book is torture, please end already 😭 such bland characters, such bland plot 😭 introspection? Unheard of in most classics, it’s all just about the mystery and telling a story through endless dialogue? 🙄 this book is both too interested in plot and mundane (but in a bad way)

It’s fine but it’s your typical popular classic, all interested in telling a story rather than creating interesting, complex and introspective characters 🤭 the story is mostly told through dialogues rather than the character’s inner thoughts, and that bothers me a lot about classics
