Lisa I might have to take a look at this although I hate to hear the word "training" because I think it makes women think they aren't doing enough if they aren't following a dedicated hour long program 3-5x a week and it scares them off doing anything.

Nicole Yeah, one of the first things she wants you to do is calculate a bunch of fitness benchmarks and I'm pretty sure that's going to be where the first group of people will throw their hands up, before she even gets to the flexibility/ weight training/cardio program.
