As in every Gotto’s book that I’ve read, the reading flows very smoothly. But there’s something that I’ve noticed: he tends to rephrase other people’s studies/sentences/words. Especially, in this book, I’ve found a literal translation of a book called “Atomic Habits” by James Clear. Like the bamboo description in the very first chapters, or the concept of habits that can be found later.
