oh and also, her name is scarlett but she goes by “scar”. she’s not a cool girl. she’s not cool enough to go by “scar”. and the author is trying to force a love triangle with a set of twins are both infatuated with her but she is LITERALLY the most boring & uninteresting fmc i’ve ever seen. i also keep getting the twins mixed up because truthfully it’s not even worth the time to separate them

at this point i am reading this book out of spite. the writing style is like how i wrote papers in the 8th grade. the main character has trauma from being locked in a shed??? like why was she locked in a shed?? that’s so fucking random. and then she as a human is just CRINGE. like “omg my chore at school is to make lattes and i used to work at a coffee shop, im going to make this my main personality”
