Oh so you are going through this too! Isn't it a task to understand them!!??!! God be with you at your work place Utkrisht, I can't even fathom what you are going through with them there - I'll keep you in my prayers.

If you think Gen-Z is unmanageable at the work-place, then you have no clue what I am going through with Gen-Alpha at my school & at my tutorial! I am trying to tackle this situation with love, compassion & perseverance - but it gets tough at times. I need more forbearance.

But I think you already have that, since you read so many uplifting spiritual reads - & they are so booksihly delicious indeed! You are already one step up in your goal to understand Gen-Z at the workplace because of your sincerity & endeavor to understand them better - keep up the great work Utkrisht! I think you've got this Utkrisht! You are a remarkable person in your own right for sure! I'm just trying to be a better version of myself everyday - one day at a time & moment by moment.
