Feed him on corn dodgers filled with poison by the cup. That oughtta do it. (That's a line from the song "Rasputin's HMO" by the Austin Lounge Lizards, which I always get stuck in my head again when someone mentions Rasputin. Highly funny song. Very much recommended.)
