This is like trying to chug medicine but the medicine has no beneficial effect

Is it bad that I like the witch who is harsh on the main character? The main character is irritating and meek but then out of character she is snarky and annoyingly sarcastic?

I can’t wait until I’m done with this book. Thought it would be good but it’s still a cookie cutter of all the other books out there on the market.

I am not used to reading such happy, cozy books. It’s putting me in a bit of reading slump 🤣 like where is the horror? Where is the human suffering? Where is the f**ked up stuff??!
