I think it’s him the husband he is a good researcher so I think he’s researched his wife and he knew about the burner phones and stuff I think he was blackmailing his own wife he knows about her past (perhaps has always known) and now she’s gone because she thinks she knows it’s him too and that’s why he needs to find her just my early theory
