Experiencing abit of a heat wave here in Sydney. Finding it hard to concentrate on reading when my brain is melting. Anyone else or just me?

It's 34 degrees F here, heat is on, I sympathize with you... I hate when it's hot outside.

Oh I wish, it's freezing, or feels like it here in NZ. Maybe we'll get the heat in a few days, one can only hope.

Going to get down to zero farenheit in Connecticut this Friday. Let's trade.
Luckily no bushfires near me. But today is heading to be another scorcher so feeling very sorry for the firemen out there :(

I like the cold but maybe not that cold! Unbelievable...best stay indoors under those conditions!
I'll take that over what I have. Single digit temps for days and last night a wicked ice storm that left a solid inch or so of ice on everything. Hope you get some reprieve from the heat.

Looks like we are experiencing both weather extremes either side of the world. Today has cooled down so I'm enjoying cooler weather but I'm thinking of you all weathering the snowy sub zero conditions!

No not really we have pretty mild winters here in Sydney, it gets cold but never extreme cold, it's quite comfortable here during our winter with a few warm days as well. I guess that's why I dream of snow because it's so far from what we get here. But I'm sure you would be sick of the endless freezing cold days!
That is good then that you have mild winters... I guess that is something to look forward to. Has it ever snowed there? In accumulation?
No never where I live but about an hours drive away, we get snow occasionally on the Blue Mountains but it doesn't usually stay long so it's quite the novelty to see snow in Australia!
Oh wow. I bet if it did snow, it would be a really big thing! ; ) I wouldn't be able to think of Christmas without it.
Totally! Hence why I bought a white Christmas tree so I can add a little magic and pretend it's snowing outside haha
