About half way through the book. The writing in this book is so cringey. I fully accept this is a YA book, but the nicknames and name calling are so (again) cringey.

Also, I’m still team Zayne. I don’t dislike Roth, but I’m just not sold. Also, stop calling her Shorty. It’s just, again, CRINGEY. I can’t think of a better word at the moment. But that nickname makes me want to gag every time he says it.
