First of all, why is planting the seed that is now a tree the "worst mistake of her life"? It's literally not even that big of a deal...
Second of all, girl are you trying to have a conversation with the tree?! Do you expect it to hold up its end of the discussion? I really hope Mona wasn't dead serious...

This book is okay so far. Don't love it, don't hate it.
