The book was meh, it was okay in all honesty. It was one that was on my ‘to read ‘ list for a while and ended up being selected for the book club I am a part of. When it comes to self help books this one didn’t do it for me. The ‘lessons’ seemed very general and elementary to me, and very repetitive.
