Idk if any of you are theater kids, but I have a legally blonde audition on November 11, and I would appreciate it if I could get some recs on audition songs!

I’m a theatre kid but for our group we just sing songs from the play we’re preforming so I’m afraid I can’t really help you here. Praying it goes well for you though!! (I will say though, my fav Broadway songs are all the Newsies songs so maybe one of those would work??)

Dude! Newsies is so good!! 🤩I think audition songs usually depend on the character you're going for, and you're range, but I'd say Watch What Happens (Newsies), Times Are Hard for Dreamers (Amelie), Journey to the Past (Anastasia) and I Couldn't Know Someone Less (Daddy Long Legs) are pretty safe. I keep a playlist for songs I'd use in an audition, but I'm Mezzo-soparno, so it may depend!
