Very easy to read. Presents a similar, though perhaps more practical version of stoicism compared to Aurelius. In general, I still think there's a lot of wisdom here even if you don't adopt the stoic mindset totally, and I actually think taking bits and pieces rather than the entire ideology wholesale is a better way of doing it.
