Chapter 10. This is the most devastating piece of writing I’ve ever read. I could tie this to many things, the most obvious being children of poor mothers. However, the connection that plagues me the most is that of immigrants waiting to be heard and loved by a nation that preaches liberty yet is so quick to ignore the cries of the people that they’ve robbed of justice, love, and equity.
