Cool I suspect Isla and Isaac. I think the mother/family is a red herring. Isla is too nice and Isaac because ferret isn't dead among other people...not being dead

Prediction: Isaac is alive and somehow involved in this. Especially with the confirmation lore drop at the beginning about necromancer's creations dropping dead (thank GOD they touched on that. it really fucking bugged me in the first one)
