All was well until... murder scene was iffy for me--I'm not a fan of murder mysteries, but I have been known to become a believer with the right delivery/characters. What killed it dead was the a sex scene almost directly after. Yeah, I get reaffirming life after seeing death, but the emotions were all rushed and off and disappointing. Skimmed it to see if maybe they'd halt and it was a build up scene, but. Dammit.
