What are you thinking of it so far?

I like it! It's harder to get into than I was thinking...and not quite as heavy on progressive feminism as I was hoping. But maybe that's just me! Have you read it? What did you think??

I actually really hated the book so I'm curious to see what your overall thoughts are once you finish--don't let my opinions sway yours! Granted, what I will say is this: As someone who has read the play Macbeth, people with previous exposure to it have a hard time getting into it because it changes a bunch of stuff out the gate.

I would absolutely agree with that! I haven't even read Macbeth (though I plan to) and can already tell it's not nearly similar at all. I'm also finding the writing style itself a little difficult to get into. Not that it's hard in a way unabridged would be but more that it just doesn't really flow or make sense.
