Book 2 down. 4 strong stars. The writing style still sometimes doesn’t hit for me but this is definitely where the series gets good. I like how different this one is from the first. And we now know SJM isn’t afraid to break our hearts.

Book one down! Somehow I didn’t remember that Dorian and Celaena were such a *thing.* It’s so fun to reread these and see so many details that point to future plot points and world building.
