they adopted precious abel and she got pregnant by the end of that year to a girl named lana. it was beautiful watching cara find herself thru the grief she experienced. the love her and emmett have is wow. the book ends with the guys retired and a total of 11 kids. 3, 2, 3, 1, 2. carter and emmett’s kid might be the future book. i call it now

after some therapy and healing day by day, cara wanted to foster and emmett was down. he’s a three a half year old boy that connected with them and my heart smiled. cara met the bio mom and idk have to feel bc she’s a young mom who doesn’t really want a kid in my opinion. idk but they seem to be happy with the family they are forming with abel. i really hope she gets pregnant somehow

so much pain the next chapters with infertility and cara being anything but her normal self. jealous and envious of her pregnant and sadness from bad news from doctors. best part? emmett holding her hand and holding her down through it alll. the “breathe with me” part nearing WRECKED ME

okay their first night together was WOW. then it’s jump between the beginning of their relationship to three and a half years later and how she can’t get pregnant :( i hope she does cus this is SAD
