Forbidden love, close proximity romance that is layered! This book gave me everything I wanted. The writing was absolutely stellar, from the plot to the characters, it was so flushed out perfectly. Noor was a complicated character, making me be sad, happy, and disappointed all at once. She’s a character that is raw, vulnerable, needs protection, and grace. I’m ready for book 2!
