mixed feelings about this one so far. i’ve loved all r.f. kuangs work but this is kind of missing the mark for me. far too much time spent reading about alice’s repetitive thoughts about peter—she doesn’t understand him, she thinks their dynamic is strained, he’s so perfect and that’s annoying to her.

lots of theory (LOVE) but the story around it is falling flat for me (so far)

keeping an open mind !
