Sorry, what?
- borderline racist comments
- unnecessary putting down of other women (e.g the waitress)
- writing that is very much NOT poetic so much as it is convoluted and time-wasting
- awkwardly phrased sentences that break the flow of the story
- little to no plot
- uncomfortable descriptions of children that did not need to be written that way
