Ok. Loving this audiobook. It’s definitely not one to listen to straight through or while multitasking because there’s a lot about posture, form, and mindful movement that’s meant to be practiced in real time. It’s interesting and I want to keep listening, but it feels a bit intimidating to take in all at once, so I decided to backtrack and go little by little and focus on applying each concept as I go!
