Thrilling writing, with all the quotes from captured nazi documents and the insight of the author being a reporter in Germany at the time, from Hitler rise to power up until the invasion of Poland, which marks the start of WWII. So many details, so many diplomatic movements and manoeuvres from all sides before hell brakes loose. Onto the second chapter.
