Good for Vin -- confessing to her friends, at least, about the hitch in her rare magical talent.
Keeping secrets from people until it's too late, and the complications that follow, is an over-used trope, in my opinion, but the book would be a whole lot shorter if people would just confess and get things out in the open, y'know?
Loving the story.

Yes, I'm reading several books at the same time. This is an audiobook, for when I'm driving around or walking the dog. Dawnsinger is on my nightstand. And Once BItten is being featured as promotion for a new release. Hey, I legitimately read this one -- multiple times! That's what you do when you're assembling anthologies.

Looking forward to this next book in the Last Hope series. Thoroughly enjoyed book 1.
