I had to return the book partly read to the library as someone else had requested it.
To me, the stories that stood out were 'The Phlebotomist', 'The Heiress. The Hireling' and 'Friend of my heart', especially the last, which had such good descriptions of emotions with delusional obsessive dissonant self-destroying denial of the role someone can play in your life. Such a range of topics and some unexpected endings.
