sometimes at work i put the books im reading on my desk because i'm afraid of them bending in my bag... i throw my bag around a lot, and every day at work (when I do that) someone goes "what's with the books?" or just stares at them for a really long time, and i think "omg is physical copies of books just around for vibes that weird????" and i have accepted that this is what the world has come to :(
