gasp!! okay I get plot twists and stuff but like this just feels like I was genuinely lied to about a character and not in a way that's like 'oh they were hiding it!' but more like 'the author wanted it to feel like a gasp plot twist so they just wrote the character completely one way so it now feels totally unbelievable and like bad writing that they're supposed to be morally grey' like bffr
