Cue habit reward: Seems simple, but until you do it to yourself it’s hard to see its power.
I recently did this incidentally with exercise. I usually listed to music, then I switched my cue/reward to audiobooks. All of the sudden I realized I can listen to books and workout. I get new books, progress on my goodreads, & workout goes faster.
I switched the cue reward and now the habit is quickly getting ingrained.
