five chapters (roughly 40 pages) left and we’ve managed to get a sliver of plot but j still have no idea how we’re gonna wrap this up

I appreciate arabella in this moment because I too am also tired of the games, if you love one another just say it we’re running out of pages

okay so like there’s a whole plot line about a pig and I really don’t understand the point of it? like I get it’s a prank of some sort but that whole last chapter was like… huh?

so Olivia is actually so infuriating

bought this book bc I liked the cover but now i’m 2 chapters in + I have thoughts

- really not liking this book
- Olivia’s dad is abusive? we’re in a bit of a gray area with that
- I hate the way we keep bouncing back + forth with old english + current english
- Emerson really needs to make it aware that he’s trying to court Olivia, like you can’t say you’re courting her if she doesn’t know you are?
