Now SWs colonized, many levels inside lit by artificial stars, thermonuclear power sources fixed to shell or moving

SWs are hollow, solid metallic core w/ series of spherical shells supported by massive tapering towers out to the Surface; would have been filled w/exotic superfluid to generate shield
