Tbh not great. I’ve been unmotivated for weeks now and I’ve officially gained all the weight that I was trying to lose months ago. I was 150 before summer, then by the end of summer I was 135. Now I’m 150 again 🫤. My mom wanted to go clothes shopping for me this morning but I was so self conscious I couldn’t have a good time and I ended up ruining the mood.
