As a medical student who wants to be the best doctor I can be to better help my patients, of course I had to read this book. A lot of the crucial things Dr. Patel noted in this book were basics yet make such a profound impact. From other books I read, among interacting with doctors and patients and working in the hospital, I know how important communication is in building trust yet I learned silence is key too!
