I’m not sure how I feel about her pining over a guy who already has a girlfriend… I do love Lola and love how outgoing she is. I feel the book would have been fitting for its time (2008) however doesn’t quite hit the mark nowadays…
However, I absolutely love Jill Mansell and have enjoyed seeing how her writing journey has gone.
