Reading this is making me a better parent, I think. And I have to be nice to myself of the pace I’m taking because even though I’m slow it’s easier for me to implement it while I read it.

I’m writing these thoughts so I can remember at least some of the information that I’m reading. (Drinking from a fire hydrant it feels like sometimes haha) my child doesn’t have to do it all. She doesn’t have to like certain activities. I also need to be kind to myself in what I can offer her. I’m still learning too!
