I want to love this book but it's just not happening. None of the characters are likeable and they're doing nothing but marching to Troy. I have checked out so many times that I've had to re-read complete chapters.

The book itself is beautiful - red foil cover, gorgeous end papers, and beautiful section pages. I just don't think I enjoy fantasy books. I have tried and tried but just can't finish them. :-(
