I can read about gore, blood drinking, etc, but needles/drawing blood is apparently where my body has drawn the squeamish line 🥲

This book is beautifully told, just as good as the others in the series, but I’m taking far longer to get through this one because it’s more depressing than the others. I want to finish it but at this point it’s sad how long I’ve been reading it (I started LAST August)… I’m not a fan of angst and this book feels heavier/sadder than the others and I’m worried it’s not gonna have a happy ending.
