So I think Anne did it. Since she basically wants to be Sarah and is her sidekick. I think she wants to be Sarah and has crush on Adam soo the night that they go out drinking, I think Anne had too much and went to the lake house and found Adam there and got very jealous to see what was happening. I think she waited until Adam went home to attack.
