Somehow this book is almost 1.000 pages long and still feels rushed. Or it's dragging on, I really cant decide. I want them to either finally get to the point and stop traveling around or stay in a single place for longer so something will actually happen there.

In the last 10% this book has kind of started to lose me. Everything that made it unique just went out of the window and even though I still really like the characters, all the new information is just not clicking.
Also, Phedre still has a thing for Mellisandre (not sure if she's spelled that way) after everything? Seriously??

I'll be honest. I'm not feeling this book as much as I expected.
I was looking for a sex positive fantasy book but almost everything about how sex is treated in this book irks me.

What this book does is really interesting, I am not sure if I enjoy all of it because the main Character is extremely young still and it does feel off, especially with the BDSM elements but let's see.
