I’ll admit the pear-clutchy way this book was described to me made me curious to see what all the fuss was about. Yes, I t’s got shocking things in it, but nothing more.
I may just not be enough of a romance reader and the thriller elements were severely lacking for me.
In the end, I was bored. Didn’t find the characters compelling and didn’t find a story to care about. So it’s a DNF for me.
