I hate that there is still world building happening. Like I understand why but I’m exhausted

Idk it feels like this is dragging and I’m only 66% of the way done. I love RF Kuang so this is really frustrating for me.. and I anticipated this book since its announcement

I see Frankenstein everywhere now that I’ve watched the film

Although this was my most anticipated novel of the year, I’m still in a major reading slump. I am enjoying it but it’s kinda slow and that doesn’t make me eager to pick it up :/
