Why is this labelled YA? The sexual content is crazy for YA and fits more with Adult

I can see her motives on why she did it and how she tried to stop and become better but will it ever be enough?

No matter what she does it is getting worse and worse

Does she glamour people because how is no one catching on she doesn't have a maid?
