Yes much better today. I purged my body with porridge this morning, then I made a huge batch of scones the afternoon and was forced to eat some of them with jam and cream.. Tonight's cheese and crackers will no doubt bring on the night terrors again.... but I need to know if it's an alien at the window or just an owl.
