I got this book from a thrift in 2017 - 23 years old - my first “self help” book.
Its one I never donated back - I connected with it, it was simple for my young self who had no idea how much healing I req
8 yrs of healing through diff modalities, I had an urge to go back to the beginning
I grabbed her off the shelf & this new version of me is appreciating it through new lens - just as much.. if not, more.
